I’m so sorry you felt you were short changed on the length of your treatment, I must just draw attention to the description of the Complimentary treatments which does disclose these are just 15 minutes- the booking time slot is set to 30 so your therapist can accommodate any upgrades which extend the treatment time without causing disruption.
