I had been looking for a new salon for a long time since my old one closed. I tried a few and been disappointed, leading to me totally neglecting my h...air for a few years. I decided it was time to act before I went on holiday and have found my new favourite in Ellie. My hair was drab after neglecting for so long but she put me straight at ease, listened to what I wanted and I walked out feeling amazing. The salon is lovely too - both Ellie and the other lady working there are so friendly but not fake and OTT like some hairdressers can be, I will be back soon. Consultation / Colour Patch test

I booked online with Ellie and she contacted me very shortly after explaining that I'd need to come in for a patch test - very easily sorted and while... I was there, we discussed what I was wanting... Which as standard for me, I didn't really know... I just knew I wanted to stay long, blonde but maybe a bit lighter and less brassy. Ellie listened to me and talked me through options ready for my actual appointment the week after. For my appointment, I was very warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease straight away. Ellie quickly recalled what our previously agreed plans were and then made a start on the mammoth task of sorting all my long, thick, box dyed hair that hasn't seen a proper salon in years and years! I am absolutely over the moon with my hair! I had a seamless foliage with highlights and ashy tones and also a good chop and slight fringe and face frame... My hair has honestly NEVER looked so good! I left the salon feeling very well looked after and feeling like a million bucks! Thanks so much for all your hard work and amazing skills, Ellie! I won't be going anywhere else now (sorry!
