Ellie met with me just under a week ago and gave me a very thorough consultation for quite a big treatment (colour, chemical straightening, style new ...hair extensions and fitting). She took lots of time asking me questions, showing me all of the options, being very knowledgeable and honest about the potential challenges of executing such a big change and just being incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. Following a colour match and breakdown of costs I booked in for the following Tuesday. Ellie kept me in the loop about the arrival of my new hair and sent me pictures. Ellie spent nearly 8 hours carefully looking after my hair , expertly dying, treating, styling and fitting my hair extensions. It honestly looks better than I could have ever expected, I’m so pleased with it. Ellie told me all about after care and even gave me a lift home. The whole team are wonderful, friendly, welcoming women who will put you at ease and leave you feeling really thrilled with your hair. I won’t be going anywhere else now. Thank you Ellie <3
