If you have a specific shade in mind, we’re always happy to adjust the application. Our records show your appointment lasted 16 minutes (3:27–3:43), which is the standard time for a full spray tan. At that length, it would not have been possible to apply only a single coat. We work efficiently but ensure full, even coverage. Patchiness can result from factors outside the application — such as uneven exfoliation, clothing/rubbing, skin type, or how the tan develops. We recommend letting us know immediately if there’s an issue so we can fix it promptly.
