Louise is so understanding and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and tell me exactly what’s happening and what’s going to happen. Al...ways checking in that I’m doing ok and even offered me a stress ball so I could distract myself. Recommend the laser hair removal was painless and I can’t recommend Louise enough! My first time ever having it and was in and out in 15 mins very very happy

I first found Louise back in November 2024 after seeing her Black Friday packages, I had a look at her work on instagram and her google reviews which ...were amazing and so positive and I decided to go ahead with a Hollywood - 6 sessions and WOW , I honestly wish I had done it sooner , I had thick, coarse and very dense pubic hair which after waxing I’d always get bad ingrown hairs no matter how much I exfoliated - and the hair would literally grow back after two weeks 🥲 which then having to wait another two to grow out and go through the painful process of waxing all over again. Today was my last session , and from 6 weeks ago to today I had hardly any hair left , just the odd patch of very light, thin and sparse hair that in a bikini isn’t noticable and after today’s session I know I’ll be ready for my holiday! I am truly amazed at how my ingrown hairs have reduced by 99% (1% for my picking habit that keeps on scaring 🥲) my confidence has increased so much and I am so excited to get in a bikini!! Regarding the actual sessions Louise is the loveliest woman ever , she makes you feel so comfortable and our appointments were always full of laughter!!! It felt more like a 6 week catch up than your typical appointment. Your pubic area is a bit more sensitive so there was abit of pain at the first two sessions BUT nothing and I mean nothing like the pain endured during a Hollywood wax 😭!!! And it also decreased after each session as there is less hair! I’m looking forward to be back on the bed in 2-3 months for a top up 🫶🏼 You will not regret it , I Promise !! Thank you Louise

Louise is professional, knowledgeable, and so lovely to chat to. Over the course of my laser hair treatments, facials and HIFU, I feel like I can chat... away to her about anything! I love the results I get from her treatments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Louise if warm and welcoming, the clinic is spotless and very handy for parking and access. I had the Hifu tummy treatment with the new machine and I ...am so excited for my results. Would definately recommend Louise as a practitioner xx

I had face and neck HIFU 3 weeks ago, and I can really see a difference. I'm excited to see the full effects as the weeks go on. Louise is very profes...sional and puts you at ease, it's a pain free non invasive process and I carried on with my day straight after. I would highly recommend HIFU for great results and Louise for her extensive knowledge. Lovely clean clinic and will definitely going back.

Had few treatments done at lazer gem, hair lazer removal, which is a life changer!! So happy with it! And I've tried few treatments on my face, carbon... lazer peel, micro needling and IPL skin rejuvenation who made great results on my skin, tighter, smoother, brighter! Louise is very professional, she gave brilliant advices and services to improve my skin condition ! Go for it!!

I have recently visited louise at her salon to receive 3D HIFU treatment to my face as I have recently lost weight and being a certain age I felt my ...face was in need of some tlc. I have the before and after pictures so i can compare results over the coming weeks. But I am already receiving some lovely compliments from people who have noticed the difference. Can’t recommend this procedure highly enough Thanks Louise, I will be back for some more areas.
