Our initial 2 hour session with Martyn was really informative and we learnt loads. He had Alfie our cockapoo mesmerised within minutes (helped by the ...fact that Alfie liked the treats immensely ). Our main focus with Alfie is reactivity to other dogs and whilst we could have benefited from meeting more dogs for him to show Martyn what he is like we met enough for him to get a sense of what we are dealing with. Martyn is confident that we can improve Alfie’s reactivity and we just need to practice what he taught us which is the hard part. It all seems so simple when stood talking to Martyn but getting the timing right with the clicker and the treats is key. Martyn is very reassuring and is available for follow up questions so you don’t feel abandoned after the session. Show more

Amazing second session we had all of my dogs triggers- adults, children, bikes, dogs and cars and with a few instances of lunging and her normal behav...iour she started to understand what we were asking and it led to a very calm walk back no lunging no reacting and people metres away! Today has given us a lot of hope! Martyn even got to walk her and lives to tell the tale! Show more
