my girl has had a bit of a traumatic start to life, and is very fear reactive, literally only allowing few people in her space. She's visited Jo a fe...w times now, and it seems is one of the few people she accepts. This alone speaks volumes, and tells me that Jo has patience and a calming presence. I am very thankful that Jo was happy to meet her that very first time. I would definitely recommend scruffy2fluffy for your grooming needs. Show more
