• Only qualified and licensed practitioners may perform treatments. • Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess suitability, allergies, and medical history. • Obtain written informed consent for all aesthetic procedures. • Perform patch tests for relevant treatments (e.g., chemical peels, laser, hair dye, etc.). • Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced, and calibrated per manufacturer guidelines. • Maintain emergency kits (e.g., adrenaline, antihistamines, oxygen, sharps disposal) and ensure staff are trained in their use. • Sharps disposal must follow proper biohazard waste protocols. • Record all treatments accurately in the client’s medical file.
