Great place with excellent facilities. Steam room was perfect temperature. The Hot tub has Bluetooth so can listen to your music while relaxing. Lo...ved the compression boots at the end to finish it all off, fab brand of boots with excellent compression. Will definitely be back. Show more

From the moment you arrive, the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. The gym (better ...bodies, next door) facilities are truly top-notch, with everything you need in one place. The gym is fully equipped with high-quality machines, a spacious functional training area, and premium punching bags – the punching bags are all in a private setting so you never feel like you’re in the way. The spa facilities are a real highlight: completely private, giving you the full space to yourself (or to or enjoy with friends) Everything is in one room, with the option to hook your music up to the speakers, plus a TV in the main area and another inside the sauna. After your session, there’s even a recovery boots section where you can relax – and the staff brought me a protein shake to enjoy while I was in the boots. It’s the perfect combination of luxury and convenience for both fitness and recovery. Show more
