Incredible incredible hairstylist, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and kind. it has gotten to the point where raluca knows my querks/how I li...ke my hair without me asking for it. She is very accommodating, talking you through the haircut/style asking what you would like in depth. And if you are not sure how something might look on you, or you are hoping to try something new, you can receive guidance no strings attached with honesty. Raluca truly cares about your hair, and wants it to look great just as much as you do!
