Im sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience. However, I'm disappointed that you chose to leave a negative review without contacting me directly or giving me the opportunity to address your concerns. With 20 years experience in the nail industry, I take great pride in my work and the service I provide . Had you contacted me, I would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve the matter professionally as I believe in giving businesses the chance to rectify the issue. With regard to your review and booking, you shared your feedback one half weeks after your appointment. I'm unable to address an issue I don't have evidence of , My pricing is competitive and fair, and I would always provide any service requested. I do not work over excisting work, I fully prep and strip nails back, as noted in your previous whatsapp message to me on the 17th September you quoted, 'Also I have a very thin layer of biab on atm from my previous nail girl but she made sure to keep it extra thin if that's ok'? On that point you made, I woudn't have been working over someone else's work because the prep work would have removed that 'thin' layer that was left on your nail. I wish you every success finding a new nail tech x
