Another great massage from Luke. The last of my bundle of 5 which was a Birthday present. Will be booking further sessions. Luke discusses with you a...ny niggles that you wish to focus on or go for a more general massage. He will find any weak or tight spots and manipulate them away. An intense 1hr session with various methods applied:- hand pressure, roller, pulsating massage gun, cupping etc. Now with the Web page up and running it is a breeze to scroll through the calendar and select, book a time slot to suit. Well situated within Simply Gym Cheltenham and therefore free parking and shower facilities. A pleasant bright, spacious, clean salon with a nice ambient temperature. Luke:- is very professional with a great attitude to his skill, knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology of the body and will advise upon problem specific stretching exercises to aid recovery/prevention. Would/have done so, recommend friends and fellow gym users (male and female) to visit Luke for a relaxing rejuvenating massage or a more specific problematic solution to aid progress in your training regime.
