A deeply nourishing 30 minute Indian head massage focusing on the scalp and neck designed to hydrate the scalp, soften the hair, and melt away tension. Shirodhara oil therapy is where a steady, continuous stream of warm oil flows onto the "third eye chakra" (center of the forehead). Gentle relaxation techniques are used to ease tension and encourage wellbeing.

Add-ons available for this treatment:
Hair washing & drying services, and mini head spa washing & drying treatment.

This treatment uses a generous amount of warm oil on the scalp and hair, so your hair will be oily afterwards. I'll remove as much excess oil as I can with a towel, but you'll probably want to wash your hair later today or tomorrow. I recommend wearing clothing you're happy to get a little oil on, and you may wish to bring a scrunchie, claw clip, or towel for going home in.
