As ...my confidence grew that Hope would never give me brows that didnt suit my 64 year old skin and hair tone, I booked in for the semi permanent powder brow. Again, Hope talked me through the procedure meticulously, making sure I understood the pre and post care instructions. And now I have the brows Ive dreamt of for years.
