We were concerned to read your allegation of an eye infection following your treatment. However, this is the first time we have been made aware of this issue, as you did not contact the salon at any point after your appointment. Had you contacted us directly, we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your concerns, review the situation, and offer appropriate support. At the time of your appointment, no concerns were raised, and we have not been provided with any photographs, medical evidence, or other information to substantiate the claim that the treatment was the cause of the condition described. Without such information, it is not possible for us to investigate the matter properly. We are also disappointed by the personal comments made about our therapist. Our team members are trained professionals who work hard to provide a high standard of service to every client. While we respect all customer feedback, we do not believe personal insults are constructive or fair. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care.
