Shadow Bloom booking policy - When booking your appointment please make sure that you can make the date and time chosen. A 50% deposit is requested upon booking, We do not refund any deposits under any circumstances nor can we exchange the appointment once booked. Once you arrive for your appointment at the mill, through the green gates and into the car park, please call the studio and I will come and let you in. I am a small private Studio and only take one client at a time so please do arrive on time, not early and not late. If you do not turn up for your appointment with no notice given the deposit will be lost and full payment will be due to secure any further appointments. Thanks for understanding.
