Sophie was great, we had plenty of contact before i had my tattoo in terms of the design i wanted, size etc. On the day, as i was really nervous, Sop...hie put me at ease with her professionalism. Throughout the time I was there, she was very accommodating in me stopping for breaks and more numbing cream. My tattoo is a piece of art on my arm and if you are wanting the same, then i highly recommend Shadow Bloom Studio. Sophie is the best!
