The fact that you or the person you are bringing has additional needs changes nothing, except the time slot I provide for you and so that I can make sure the shop (music, TV, hair dryers) is quieter for your arrival. I extend these times just in case we need to take our time to make you as comfortable as possible. I also understand that things don’t always go to plan from day to day which is why there is NO CANCELLATION charges for this service. All I kindly ask is that you try to let me know as soon as possible, if you think you won’t attend. I promise you, I understand. I promise you that you will never be made to feel judged. I promise you I’m here to work with you. Everyone deserves basic grooming care.
