By booking an appointment with Baddie Blinkz, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following policies. 🎀Appointments Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your treatment being shortened or cancelled if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. Please attend alone unless agreed beforehand, as Baddie Blinkz is a home based salon. Please ensure you book the correct service. If you are unsure which treatment is suitable, please contact me before booking. 🚨Cancellations & No-Shows At least 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations or rearrangements made with less than 24 hours notice will result in your deposit becoming non-refundable. No shows will also result in your deposit becoming non refundable. Repeated cancellations or no shows may result in future appointments requiring a larger deposit or payment in full. I reserve the right to refuse future bookings where policies are repeatedly disregarded. 💕Patch Tests Patch tests may be required before certain treatments, including lash lifts and brow treatments. Where required, patch tests must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. You are welcome to complete your patch test further in advance. If you experience any reaction, please contact me and do not attend for the treatment until we have discussed it. A previous patch test does not guarantee that you will not react in the future. 👁️Lash Health & Suitability The health of your natural lashes will always come first. I may recommend a different style, length or thickness if your natural lashes cannot safely support your requested look. I reserve the right to adapt or refuse a treatment if it is unsuitable. Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, strip lashes, clusters or heavy eye makeup. If you have existing extensions from another technician, please let me know as a removal may be required. 🐶Home Salon & Dog Awareness Baddie Blinkz is a home-based salon and my dog will be around the home for most appointments and treatments. If you would prefer for her to be placed in another area during your appointment, please let me know and I will do this where possible. If you have a dog allergy, severe pet allergy or concerns about dogs being present, please contact me before booking to discuss whether a home salon environment is suitable for you. Although I maintain appropriate hygiene and cleanliness, I cannot guarantee a completely pet-free environment. Please do not bring your own pets. 💷Deposits & Payments A 50% deposit of your service price is required when booking and will be deducted from your total on the day. If you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rearranging, your deposit may be returned or transferred to a future appointment where agreed. If I am not made aware at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. ✨Treatment Results Results vary depending on individual lashes, brows, hair growth cycles, aftercare and other factors. I will always prioritise the health and safety of your natural lashes and brows while working towards your desired result. Please follow all aftercare advice provided.
