Hi Ben I really don't know what I could of done more to please you. You booked yourself in for a skin fade and beard service. But straight off you told me you didn't want a skin fade and that you had just booked this service to have more time with me. On then asking you what you would like, you then showed me a photo of a man, which had a skin fade style. So I asked if you would like me to explain a skin fade, as to get the same result as the photo, that's what I'd need to do. I went ahead and explained as you said yes! After I updated you on all what it entails, you then just said "I'd like a 2 into a 3 please" I had to then tell you that with your hair already being pretty short that you won't really see much of a difference after my work would be done. You said that's fine because that's what you what. I was at this point a little confused as I had made it clear to you that it won't be looking anything like the photo you had shown me. I then asked about the cut on top, would you like it textured like on the photo? you said yes. Your hair was also completely different than the guys in the photo, but I spent the time to explaine how yours would look, you was happy with all that was discussed. Next I asked about the beard, you told me you had just shaved it all down so I could just leave it, if I wanted to.You booked me for a beard service, again I'm baffled. But I explained i could tidy all the whispy bits and shape it up, making it look alot more sleek, groomed and fresh.
