Absolutely dreadful. 30 minute appointment, but cut completed in 10 minutes. Will not return. Compounded by a misleading response - CCTV showed that ...I was in the salon for just under 20 minutes - was actually closer to 15 and obviously included time waiting for the cut before and paying etc after. Cut was completed in approx 10 minutes as I said before - not long enough under any circumstances to complete the full service to a satisfactory standard. AVOID Show more
