I booked an appointment for 4:15 for my partner, the muppet forgot what time it was and thought he had to be there at 5;15 the studio had already call...ed me earlier in the day I said he would be there at 4:15….. he was not. I called the studio to apologise feeling extremely anxious. They were so understanding about the situation and offered to rebook, unfortunately they were fully booked for all the other appointments that day and the day after. I explained that we would have to leave it as he needed his hair done that night for an event the day after. Then the absolute diamond of a barber offers to stay late just to do my partners hair! So at 6:45 my other half had his hair and beard done. The guy did a wonderful job! His service was top notch! He’s very fussy with how his hair/ beard is but they made it look lovely and worked with disgusting his receding hair line so well! I cannot praise this place enough! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be booking him in here again! I’ll make sure he’s there on time next time though 10/10😁 Show more
