As we mentioned to your partner that early stage of headlice and there were many headlice eggs were sitting end/tip of the hair, your partner also saw them so after cutting the hair you can’t see them anymore. As we all qualified barbers and know the difference between headlice and dandruff. As we really sensitive of hygiene in our shop and can’t risk our clients to spread it. Your partner paid £5 extra for the barber only for cleaning products and his time. It’s your responsibility to check your kids hair before come to the barbershop. All barbering tools had to decontaminate with a special liquid and it caused delays for the next appointments. All reviews so important to us. Thank you for your feedback. Regards.
