Been going for a while and am always happy and feel in good hands with my haircuts from here however my recent visit was not perfect. Booked for 12:25... but was only seen to almost an hour later. And while the person before me had a lot of attention and focus on their haircut mine felt extremely rushed, didn't ask me what style I was after as I mentioned I was unsure on what I wanted and overall left feeling like I needed to get out the door as fast as possible. As a result due to the rushed nature of the cut I was just left agreeing with whatever he asked in between rushing around to answer the phone and small talk with other customers waiting and ended up with a haircut that was way too short than anticipated. Its unfortunate and I'm sure just a one off issue as previously I have had great experiences before but with the price increase I would've liked more attention on what I would like for my haircut and because of this has left me unsure on whether or not I will return again.
