Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review because of an unpleasant situation. I needed my hair coloured for a Halloween event and booked an appointme...nt at this salon almost a month before Halloween (on Tuesday). On Tuesday, three hours before my appointment, Steven cancelled it, citing illness. I went to the salon to reschedule, and despite the fact that he had cancelled my appointment, he continued to cut other clients' hair. He rescheduled me for the next day, but according to my work schedule, this rescheduling was not convenient for me. I had to cancel all my plans so that I could get my hair dyed the next day, as this dye job was very important for my Halloween costume. As a result, the next day, Steven cancelled the appointment again, only 15 minutes before the meeting. I was simply shocked. When I came back to the salon, I saw Steven doing his job again, but for some reason he cancelled the appointment he had made for me yesterday, citing illness and poor health. But the thing is, giving 15 minutes' notice of a cancellation sounds very rude. I wasted so much time and ended up with a ruined Halloween costume. I will have to go to the event in my regular clothes and won't even have a chance to fix anything. I am disappointed in the service and in Steven personally. Show more
