I absolutely loved my makeup! Charlotte listened to my preferences and resulted in makeup, which was perfect as a wedding guest. Charlotte very kindly... agreed to arrange an earlier appointment in advance (10am instead of 11) as I was on a tight schedule. However, she was nearly 25 minutes late & didn't let me know or offer any discount for the delay, which is disappointing given we agreed on an early appointment in advance. Show more
