Waste of time. An ‘short back and sides’ only capability place. Told him what I wanted and left him too it. Took all the style out of my hair. No... fading or styling, just straight short sides leaving a bit on top. Essentially a Turkish barber experience without the excellence for beard styling and shaving. Did 10% of a job on the beard. No hot towel, used a cut throat to do the top edge of the face but not the moustache or neck. I thought he was joking when he said he has finished. At that point I resigned myself to just pay and leave as asking him to continue would have been embarrassing for all involved as it would have involved a training course and or intervention from another barber on site. Went home to redo my own beard, and to shave the neck properly before going to work. I tried the place as my regular barber was on holiday. I will run back to my regular barber with open arms, apologise profusely for not waiting for him to come back and hope he can forgive me and put some style back into my hair when it grows long enough to save it Show more
