I had a great experience with Holly – she was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything so clearly, which really helped me feel more ...confident about the treatment. She was friendly, relaxed, and very understanding throughout the process. I ended up going ahead with the treatment, and I’m so glad I did. Holly was super accommodating when I asked about booking before the Easter weekend, and she even advised me on post-treatment care, including whether camping would be okay shortly after. I also really appreciated being able to book the appointment in Sunningdale at a convenient time. Overall, I felt really well looked after and would definitely recommend. Show more

From start to finish, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Holly is incredibly kind and thoughtful—she even brought me a blanket in case I felt cold, which was such a sweet gesture. The whole session went so smoothly, and I felt completely relaxed throughout. The best part?
