At the consultation Holly advised on the best shape and colour for my brows - with a softer definition than the way I had done them for years. I was v...ery pleased with the makeup at consultation and booked in for PMU the following week. Once again Holly very carefully considered every aspect for the most flattering result. She clearly explained every step of the process from treatment, the healing and after care stages, and that at six week top up she could add thickness if we thought necessary. It is so worth seeing Holly as her experience and professionalism can really achieve a result that is an enhancement. I felt very relaxed with her and the appointments were as though I was relaxing with a friend. Thank you Holly! Show more

Disappointed with lack of results and aftercare I came to this clinic with reasonable expectations, especially given the positive reviews and profess...ionalism I expected. While I appreciated the discounted rate and the polite manner during treatments I happily spent £ 376, I’m unfortunately very disappointed with the overall outcome and post-treatment care. After undergoing two sessions of polynucleotides and seeing no visible improvement whatsoever, I had hoped for at least a reassessment or some form of follow-up support. In my previous experiences with aesthetic practitioners (including doctors abroad), a lack of results was taken seriously — often followed by a review and, where appropriate, an alternative solution or additional support was offered. That level of care makes a huge difference. Sadly, that was not the case here. When I raised my concerns, I felt they were quickly dismissed, and I was simply advised to find another practitioner. No effort was made to discuss alternatives or even acknowledge how discouraging it is to invest time and money with no progress and no plan. While I understand that aesthetic treatments don’t guarantee the same outcome for everyone, I do believe that how a practitioner responds when things don’t go as expected is just as important as when they do. Unfortunately, that responsiveness and care were missing in my case. Show more

She was friendly, relaxed, and very understanding throughout the process. I ended up going ahead with the treatment, and I’m so glad I did. Holly was super accommodating when I asked about booking before the Easter weekend, and she even advised me on post-treatment care, including whether camping would be okay shortly after. I had the most amazing experience with Holly for my eyebrow microblading and lash line enhancement! She did such a beautiful job—my brows and lash lin...e look absolutely perfect and natural. From start to finish, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Holly is incredibly kind and thoughtful—she even brought me a blanket in case I felt cold, which was such a sweet gesture. The whole session went so smoothly, and I felt completely relaxed throughout. The best part?
