Hi Natalie, I'm really sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the haircut. I always aim to provide a great experience for every client, so I take feedback seriously. This is actually the first bad review I personally have had in my career, so I really wanted to address it. From our consultation, i understood that you wanted a shorter style suitable for school, and the photos shown featured clippered sides. I did explain that this would involve clippers rather than just scissors, and I demonstrated the length before starting to ensure you were comfortable. For the top, we discussed as we went and followed your preferences, I also double-checked when your son asked for the fringe to be shorter before following his request. I did my best to create texture, though your son's fine, straight hair makes that challenging without product, something I explained at the time. We used texture powder to style it at the time which really helped achieve the look you both wanted. I asked if you were happy with the cut both before and after the styling (as I always do) and you both said you were, so I’m sorry to hear this has changed. That said, I'm always open to making things right. I just wish you’d have contacted me directly so I'd had the chance to address your concerns before the review. Thanks, Richie
