What makes Raff so good at his craft is his ability to understand his customers needs and wants and use this to create fashionable and trendy styles. He is so knowledgeable when it comes to this industry and will often give me his own suggestions based on my head shape and features - an absolute master of his craft! Recently grown a beard and extremely impressed with the fact that he doesn’t cut-throat around the neck, stops from any rash’s, irritations or potential mis-haps! I went to get my beard trimmed & shaped. All he did was use the clippers to slightly trim the hairs that were sticking out around my face, flipping he...ll even I could have done that. I was extremely disappointed that the barber didn't shave and use a cutthroat to clean my neck. Because after the beard was trimmed, I had to ask him to clean the hairs on my neck. When I got back home my daughter said the hair under my bottom lip was sticking out, she was right he didn't cut or shape my beard in any way. Also, the hair under my chin isn't straight. I won't be going back to them. The photos are after 24 hours. Maybe their haircuts are better. Show more
