As I explained during the consultation, I cannot work over the previous artist's work because the strong pigments that have been used already on your eyebrows cannot be covered over. Top up should always be done with the pigment and artist that were used initially, if possible. However, you said that the previous artist no longer responds to you. So for the reasons noted above I advised removing the existing pigment to a state where I could cover it with new permanent makeup. I’m sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear, but as responsible person I would prefer to do a professional job and have clients happy with their results rather than undertake a procedure that I know would leave you disappointed.
