It was not the best experience, lady Sylwia who did my nails was too expensive for the level of experience she had. But I have accepted the price. Aft...er six days one of the nail fell off and I contacted Zani’s Beauty Salon to arrange to fix it. Message was ignored. Now I have to look for another place just before Christmas. I wouldn’t recommend this salon. Too expensive for service provided and not existing customer service. Update: Zani ( owner of the business) contacted me and I had another appointment. She redone my nails and they are beautiful. Her work is just amazing, technique and attention to detail. She is also very lovely person and my experience this time have been more than 5 stars. I will be definitely going back for more of her beautiful work. Thank you so much and I can definitely say that your customer service is one of the best ones. My only regrets is that I didn’t book my appointment with Zani in the first place. Show more
