My partner and I stayed at The Milner York and had multiple treatments with Romana. We both thoroughly enjoyed our massages and facial, and felt suita...bly well rested and relaxed afterwards! A friend also booked in and was equally impressed with her treatment. Romana’s use of the hot stones was particularly superb—it was my first time having them done and I now consider myself a convert! Romana was moreover very knowledgable about her therapies, and about well-being practices in general. She was also really personable and we had some great chats! I booked a full body massage at a cost of £75.00 and can honestly say that it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I was asked if I had any problem are...as, so I explained that I had a trapped nerve in my lower back. After giving me the best massage ever, she then concentrated on my lower back to release the tension. It’s fair to say it was worth £75.00. Show more

Lymphatic Drainage Massage Full Body

This is an extremely disappointing experience and the fact that I didn’t even get a chance to experience a treatment. I booked my appointment mid Dec...ember and immediately received a confirmation that my appointment has been confirmed. Two days leading up to my appointment I get a very short text to say if I can change my time without any explanation of why and any of the reasons. when I responded saying that I can’t I had to chase up 24 hours later and didn’t get a very clear response. I drove up 200 miles to the location because I wanted a spa weekend and when I got there, I had to chase up once again and being told my appointment is now unavailable. When I spoke to one of the team members on site who is employed by Lush Beauty Bar, had a very poor attitude when I asked a simple question. When I called and spoke to the person in charge of arranging the appointments, the claim was that they spoke to me the night before even though they didn’t actually confirm if my appointment was still available or not. I was then told that they will try and contact a therapist and see if there’s another available appointment the day after. Surprise surprise, I still had to chase up and without a good answer. Their booking system is poor the communication is poor. Their customer service is awful and I would actually ask people to think twice before they actually decide to use this company for a treatment. Because within the last 48 hours, it’s been nothing but a journey of disappointmentttt,frustration, and I question their capabilities. Show more

Absolutely disgusted with the service , I was booked in for an infill at 10.30 am . I received a text last night at 23.14 to say she was relocating bu...siness today so rebook I didn’t see this text until 8am . I am going to a hen party tomorrow it’s too late notice to have them done anywhere else as I would need a patch test. I text to ask if she could accommodate any time today and she hasn’t even bothered replying. Terrible way to treat customers. Not even worthy of 1 star but was unable to post until I clicked on it 😢😞 Show more
