About 2 haircuts ago I experienced terrible service and an overall bad haircut. I ended up detailing some of the things I was unhappy about as a consi...stent customer; the lack of care when combing my hair, which actually led to the side of my face bleeding, and one of my corners being misaligned, meaning I’d either have to wait quite some time for it to grow back. And if I wanted to get my hair cut again afterwards, it would’ve had to be immaculate in order to hide the imbalance. I’ve never had a problem with Smokey’s before, and my previous review was not malicious or an attempt to make anything associated with Smokey’s look bad. I was simply unhappy with the service that was provided by Mega. Kye, the head barber, called me to ask if I’d take down my review and replace it with something that was positive as it didn’t look good. I was verbally offered a free haircut, but until today I have yet to receive it. I deleted the picture of what my hair looked like, but I still have receipts of our chat. I am not a child, I am a grown man. I’m also not a troll. I could’ve just simply left the situation and not done anything, but if this happens to anybody else unknowingly, it would be on me. I don’t care how well off you are — as a man you should honor your word and not lie. This time round, unless I get my £25 back, this review will stay up forever. No hard feelings, business is business. You’ve just lost a customer; shouts out to RS though. Show more
