However, you went above and beyond and used your people and conversational skills to level up with me and my sense of humour and engage in an appropriate manner. I thought that was a great touch. Never had had to write a review but, not what I asked for at all, asked for low fade up to a 3 to my undercut line. I’ve got a high “fade” not even up... to a one at the top. Shouldn’t have even paid for it, rushed and finished the haircut within 20 mins, and even acknowledged it was too high of a fade when I didn’t even ask for a high fade. Will be waiting for Chris next time as he always does good haircuts and I highly recommend him. Show more

They cancelled my appointment on the day with under 2 hours notice. They did ask my availability in the week to rearrange, and I said I was free all w...eek and sooner would be better... and then they just never got back to me. I won't have more time off to get my hair done for at least a month or two, and with a patch test I'd need time to get a second appointment a couple days on, so my opportunity's just gone. I wish they'd just said "sorry, we don't have time this week after all", at least then I could have looked at booking in elsewhere. 3 stars because, their reputation is good, I'm sure I would've had good work here, but they just dropped me for no clear reason, so I don't really have any way to judge.
