I visited Ramsons Barbershop on 30/11/2024 for a haircut and shave with Faizan (Fez), the new junior barber, and had an exceptional experience from st...art to finish. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was outstanding. Fez greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome. Khuram, the owner, even remembered me from a visit over a year ago, which was a nice personal touch. I was offered a hot drink but chose water instead, and the friendly, professional vibe set the tone for the rest of my visit. Although this was a free haircut as Fez is still in training, the experience was handled with great care and professionalism. Fez took the time to thoroughly understand what I wanted, constantly reassuring me and ensuring I was happy at every stage. He gave thoughtful advice, adjusted anything I asked for without hesitation, and maintained an easy, engaging conversation throughout. The other barbers in the shop were incredibly supportive of Fez. They checked in on him and me without interrupting his process, offering guidance and encouragement when necessary. It was clear they trusted him to work independently while providing a safety net, creating a great learning environment for him. Fez went the extra mile by offering a hot towel shave, which was incredibly relaxing. The music was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. While the haircut did take a little longer than expected (as Fez is still honing his skills), it was worth it for the attention to detail he displayed. At the end, Fez showed me the finished look in the mirror, asked permission to take photos, and made sure I was completely satisfied. While he has areas to refine, he’s on the path to becoming an outstanding barber and will no doubt be in high demand soon. Overall, I had an amazing experience and can’t wait to book with Fez again. The professionalism, teamwork, and friendly atmosphere at Ramsons Barbershop make it stand out from the rest. Highly recommend! Show more

Fez did an amazing job on my little boys hair. He made sure he was comfortable and spoke to him in a calm and kind manner. My little boy liked that he... asked him personally if he liked his haircut as he was doing it, which he did. He took his time to make sure it was just how we wanted it. Another great haircut by Ramson’s! Believe it was Skie who did my cut today and the attention to detail was on point. No rushing and overall amazing s...ervice from just making you feel welcome and concentrating on your hair. I recently moved to Ramsons because all of the other local barbers in Wibsey, Halifax or Queensbury just don’t have the attention to detail or the passion. Will be with Ramaons indefinitely now.
