My son had an appointment with Natalie, but she was too busy with other customer. After almost half hour of waiting Hermione took him and she did a gr...eat job. The only reason why I have four stars not five is the fact I don’t know why booking was accepted by Natalie. I’m using bookings because I don’t have time for waiting. Next time I will choose Hermione and I hope I will be able to give five stars then. Show more
