I have always been nervous trying new salons due to horrible experiences but once I stepped into this one I was welcomed and felt really comfortable. ...Natasha was a lovely lass and really takes pride in her services. I came in with large roots and a scabby bleach blonde colour then came out with a lovely violet ash and black tips. I will be returning and can't wait for the next appointment. Show more

Consulting me throughout the bleaching and toning, Natasha worked hard to achieve exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results. Hi Barbara we are so sorry our beauty therapist was doing acrylics before you arrived which timing over lapped due to her existing client asking for further techniques and because she’s hard working and very enthusiastic she wants to please the client. The beauty therapist takes great care and pride in her work and i apologise. we did offer a half hour grace time with a hot drink because it was unfortunate that you had to go to another appointment we were unable to sort this but we would of offered some discount due to you having to wait but you left very quickly before we could discuss our discount or complementary options. Like we tried to resolve you stormed out how could we even try
