Had an amazing experience today getting my hair done with Tasha and honestly could have cried with happiness at the results - she did an amazing balay...age which has completely changed my look!! I went into Natasha at escape hair and beauty wanting extensions but being very nervous as I have had a poor experience in the past. Tash is super kno...wledgeable and talked me through various ways that would work for my hair. On the day I had hair extensions fitting and a full head of highlights to lift my natural colour too. Tash booked the day out to make sure she had the time to do it all in one day. She made the time go super quick and it is like sitting and having a chat with a friend all day. She is super welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I left the salon feeling amazing and I absolutely love my hair. It feels super light on my head considering I have 150g of hair in my head! Wasn’t going to write a review but an email saying to write one encouraged me. Walked in the first time to ask if any appointments were available that... day or that week. The stylist was busy doing another girls’s hair, so I get that she was short on time, but her response to my question was unhelpful and a little rude, and she didn’t even mention how to book and when an appointment may be available. Later on, I booked an appointment and arrived. The lights were off but the sign still said open, so I opened the door. The same stylist came out of the back, and I explained that I’d booked an appointment. She told me that no more appointments were booked, and her app was playing up. Not great service. If the app isn’t working properly, find a way to fix it. Show more

Hello the time you walked in I said I’m so sorry I have balayage and toner to still do and said I'm so sorry I can’t fit you in. Unfortunately I was fully booked but my booksy app said otherwise I had not a single second to check new bookings on my emails or notifications on my phone to be corrected the fact you said I'm rude I really wasn't I appologised profoundly and had 3 clients in there with me I also finish at 3 but due to times running over and colours cuts consultations taking longer than the time guarenteed due to clients running 10 mins late due to walk ins due to hair processing colouring work I'm sorry you feel like that and can only appologise as a working person on her own on
