Hi Barbara we are so sorry our beauty therapist was doing acrylics before you arrived which timing over lapped due to her existing client asking for further techniques and because she’s hard working and very enthusiastic she wants to please the client. The beauty therapist takes great care and pride in her work and i apologise. we did offer a half hour grace time with a hot drink because it was unfortunate that you had to go to another appointment we were unable to sort this but we would of offered some discount due to you having to wait but you left very quickly before we could discuss our discount or complementary options. Like we tried to resolve you stormed out how could we even try

I had my hair restyled by Helen and she did an amazing job, I struggle with anxiety ...and being a bit shy but she made me feel comfortable and put me at ease, she found out what I wanted from my cut and gave me advice on how to deal with my hair.
