Friendly and welcoming, had my 2nd ear piercings there years ago and thought why not go back for my 3rd and helix piercing. Some tattoo shops that do ...piercings can be intimidating and not have the most welcoming vibe but James at Man At The Top has been doing it for years and makes you feel at ease straight away.
