you appear to be a bit of a loner Ethan and we all hope you’re ok. The conversations you heard were from others in the shop, both staff and customers, we haven’t as yet got amongst the idea of silencing people as we are strong on freedom to speak in our shop and I can only assure you that it works well with all our other customers but thank you for your little tip but we won’t be introducing it. They were having what’s known as light hearted banter . .. humour Ethan. However , I will quickly clarify that Archie ( junior barber who is qualified but seeks confidence which is different to a trainee ) is very capable of listening to others around him and doing a perfect haircut, you yourself may consider this a task too much but we see it as multitasking and do it very well. its such a shame that you felt too timid to ask for any changes and at the time of being shown your cut you said that you were happy yet run home and write down your true feelings when alone. I think that you would do well to learn how to express yourself as I think it could make you a happier person, too much time alone isn’t good for you Ethan as things build up in your head and unhealthily escalate, hence wanting an extra snip or two off feels like a war crime to you.
