I booked and an appointment with Hair 2 Dye 4 and attended a skin test / consultation 2 weeks before to discuss requirements. When attending my actual... appointment, I was initially told there was no booking, which was a lie. I could see my booking on the stylists iPad and so I challenged this, to which they changed mind and said my appointment had been cancelled. I had not been given any notice of cancellation, which is disappointing as I had taken time of work to attend. If I had known, i would offcourse not have attended. I found the stylist incredibly rude, and with a serious lack of customer service skills. All in all I feel I may have had a lucky escape, as service levels are clearly poor and the salon doesn’t look organised or well kept. I won’t be attending this salon again. Show more
