Absolutely amazing. After allowing my nose piercing to heal for 29 years, I decided I wanted it re doing. The young lady was helpful and repierced my ...nose without any issue. I also asked for advice about my helix that I had done elsewhere as it wasn’t healing properly. The young lady advised me on the best protocol to help it, and even swopped the earring for a better one to help it heal. I will definitely be returning Show more

My son (8yr old) has been asking to have his ear pierced for a while. I did my research and Body Alter came up as one of the best, I noticed they did ...not use the piercing guns (bonus!) We booked in to have his ear pierced on Sat 19th. We could not have wished for better service! They explained everything to him/us, kept him calm and at ease and joked about with him to create that trust. He absolutely loves his piercing and is still taking about how great they were with him. I have had an absolute nightmare with lobe piercings in various ways, but after my fir...st lobe piercings (done by Elizabeth after a very thorough consultation) healed successfully, I braved my seconds.
