Absolutely amazing experience with Gem as always! This isn’t my first piercing with her and she never disappoints. Her energy is incredible, she is so... welcoming and instantly puts you at ease. You can genuinely see how much she loves what she does – she always looks so happy and brings such a positive atmosphere. Her knowledge is fantastic and you can tell she really knows her craft, which gives you so much confidence throughout the whole process. Her aftercare advice is also brilliant and really thorough, making sure you know exactly what to do afterwards. She is professional, knowledgeable and makes the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Gem is honestly amazing!
