Haircut was with Marcus not Dan as Dan was busy. I was extremely disappointed with the service. Marcus was late, gave me a completely different haircu...t to what I requested, did not listen to my concerns throughout the haircut and continued to cut it the way he thought it should be done. The length and style of hair is completely different to what I requested and is unevenly cut on one side compared to the other. Marcus was distracted with colleagues throughout the haircut and didn’t seem to be paying attention at all throughout the service, which took almost an hour. Despite being satisfied with previous haircuts from Dan, I can say I will not return to this barbershop after the poor service I received this week. Show more

Brilliant hair cut every time with Dan the barber, my son loves going to Dan to get his hair cut, we followed Dan from his old barbers to this one and... happy to go further if it means Dan cuts our sons hair, my partner used to get his hair cut else where but now has his hair done with Dan as well, Dan makes people feel at ease and will even fisty pump my son if we see him out in the public, thanks Dan, please don’t ever stop being a barber :) Show more
