About us

TREATMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS Please read the following terms and conditions before you book your appointment. By booking your appointment you understand and agree to the terms and conditions. When booking an appointment, please provide: Name, Surname, email, and a contact number. When signing up, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the service's price. Failure to appear will result in a penalty fee of 50% of the agreed amount, which must be paid within 7 days Failure to pay for the penalty costs will result in permanent deletion from the clients list and enforcement proceedings. The minimum time to cancel or change the visit to another date is 48 hours before the visit. (Does not apply to emergencies) Appointments should be arranged "visit by visit". This guarantees the most convenient date for the client. The stylist has the right to refuse to perform the service if the client requires incorrect service (e.g., too thin without C-curve, sawing the side lines, the so-called stiletto, too long in relation to the natural nail) or harmful to the client herself (e.g., the application of the material on nails with an infection). Under no circumstances will treatments be carried out on hands and feet with a medical or infectious condition. This goes against hygiene practice and for the safety of our staff, our clients and to protect our reputation, is non-negotiable. If for any reason Stylist needs to make changes to your booked service – changes including, but not limited to, changing the date/time of your reservation – you have the option to reject the proposed change(s). Please arrive to your booked appointments on time (allowed delay max. 15 minutes, which must be communicated ahead of the visit). We will perform a shorter version of the booked service if stylist is booked back-to-back. For the reserved and unused time, the amount of 50% of the value of the planned treatment will be charged, which the client is obliged to pay when signing up for next visit Please make sure your hands and feet are brushed and clean of dirt underneath your nails before you attend your appointment. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the visit is automatically cancelled. No children or pets are allowed in salon. If it is necessary to come with another person, the client is obligated to inform and agree with the stylist ahead of the visit. Procedures related to the disturbance of tissue continuity are performed in sterile disposable gloves. Sterile and disposable utensils are used for the treatments. Reusable cosmetic tools: pliers, scissors, knurls, cutters after the procedure are disinfected in accordance with the instructions for use of reusable cosmetic tools using a medical class autoclave (class B). Complaints are considered up to 5 days from the service provided and do not include mechanical damage has been caused by activities that have not followed our aftercare advice. Stylist reserve the right to use own discretion to decide whether the damage was caused by any activities that are likely to cause nail damage and are contrary to our aftercare advice. We do not tolerate abusive behaviour, physically or verbally. Anyone who chooses to be abusive will not be allowed back to the Boutique. Be always kind and respectful please. Aggy Nails is not responsible for any damage whatsoever due to the fact that the nail salon was based on incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the client regarding relevant physical conditions, drug use, work, or leisure. A.S. Hand & Foot Clinic is not Liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought by the client to the salon. A.S. Hand & Foot Clinic is not liable for any health damage arising from treatment, for example, allergy or other pathologies of any kind.
