Very disappointed. Wanted a a relaxing hot towel shave all week. Booked this for my birthday. The cut and beard trim was rushed and I was out in 45 m...ins. He did the shave with a trimmer., took far to much off as he didn’t ask how I wanted my beard done. In Fact he barely spoke to me the whole time. Other customers were offered coffee but I wasn’t. He then put a hot towel on my face at the end! After he had shaved my neck, resulting in a rash as he hadn’t softened the skin before hand. None of what was advertised, didn’t even use moisturiser And at the end he over charged me. Would have given lower rating but owner called me and a refund was given. Although he tried to say it’s cos I’m not using my usual barber. So have given a 2 star cos that was a poor excuse, Show more
