Met with a friendly welcome on arrival. Talked through my hair with Demi who was knowledgeable and gave ideas. Then had a relaxing head massage while ...having my hair washed. Demi then cut and styled my hair using good quality products. All the time checking I was happy. Ended up with a briliant haircut which is lovely and soft.
