If I could give 0 stars I would. I travelled from another city to have my lips dissolved for them to tell me they couldn’t do it because I needed a pa...tch test 24 hours before. I am a cosmetologist and I know this is not true. You can do the patch test on the day with no issues. I went to another clinic and that’s what they did and I didn’t have any problems. They kept my money and didn’t want to resolve the situation. These are new owners and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there anymore Show more

Hello, thank you for your review. As discussed at your appointment it says clearly when booking that a patch test is required 24 hours before we dissolve. We would not carry out any dissolve treatment before we rule out any potential allergy. You stated you saw this on your booking but you was in a rush so ignored it. It says in capital letters patch test required 24 hours before. Nobody should be dissolving without a patch test. It has nothing to do with who owns what it is standard practise. Thank you.
