Loved the colour, not the cut - didnt feel listened to by the stylist and ended with a cut that d...idnt fill the brief (despite having inspiration pictures to show) and a style she didnt like. However, the salon agreed to correct this within a few days and did an amazing job - she is so pleased with her hair now, and me with the service - thank you so much! Show more
