Amazing! I’ve been coming to Kate for a couple of years now and she is truly great at what she does. My nails are always perfect and Kate takes such p...ride in her work. I have also had Botox with Kate. Having only had it with one other person before, I was shocked at the difference in quality when having it done here. 10/10. My last appointment with Kate was tonight and I had a bit of a funny turn during the appointment and fainted. Not only did Kate look after me really well, making sure I was ok, I still managed to leave with my nails looking perfect. Thank you so much!!! Show more

BIAB NAILS

REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon today. I booked a nail appointment with Maddie, who seemed like a love...ly person, but unfortunately, the service itself was far from acceptable. Maddie forgot to apply the top coat on my right hand, leaving my nails sticky and matte. I didn’t realise this mistake until I got home, so I had to go all the way back to the salon to have it fixed. To make matters worse, I was told to place my coat on a chair next to a heater, which ended up burning and damaging my coat. When I pointed this out to Maddie, she seemed unsure of how to address the situation, which left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I contacted Kate, the owner of the salon, about these issues, but instead of resolving the matter professionally, she was rude and dismissive. She didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience or the damage to my coat, which was incredibly disappointing. I’ve attached photos showing the clear difference between my left and right hand nails, as well as the damage to my coat. The lack of attention to detail and the rude response from management make me hesitant to recommend this salon to anyone. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how they handle customer complaints. Show more

Just to put this into perspective, Maddie, as always delivered her impeccable service, and after constant reminders about keeping your nails in the gel lamp, which caused your nails not to set (not Maddie "forgetting" to apply a top coat). Maddie then rearranged her client to reapply the top coat for free. As for your coat, I am perplexed that neither of you smelled this burning during your 45 minute appointment. However, I would like to thank you for my first negative review in almost two decades of business. I assume you are taking your own compensation through not paying for your treatment. As management, I will ensure I guide Maddie through this experience in order for her to deal with negative reviews and non-paying customers. Diana, from all at Kate Willet Beauty, we thank you and hope that you use the money that you have not paid Maddie on a new coat for the winter 🥶
