Asked for fluffly hybrids length 16/17 got sparse classic looking basic hybrids which were far from long 16/17 more like 12/13 length. Asked if a few... more could be added where it was sparse and she said no. Whole treatment was far too fast, rushed and customer service was poor, made no effort to speak when i made conversation it was 1 word answers so i didnt bother. Whilst i was looking at my lashes unhappy with them all she kept asking was how am i paying the rest? Cash or card and card free is extra (which is not allowed anymore.) no care to me being unhappy with my lashes at all. As soon as a paid i was rushed out the door. Will not be returning, did not get want i wanted. Show more

Highly recommended. I’ve had my lashes done many times in the past with other lash ladies and have always ended up with swollen red eyes with heavy, n...ot natural lashes, despite asking for that.
