Really sorry, Taylor for your experience. I use on every single client HD barrier on everyone’s skin as a barrier before I wax their brows, as a lot clients use retinol on their skin, or toner or even if you are on some medication that could easily happen. I have asked you if you were using retinol or a toner or taking any medication as I noticed that your skin were very thin..:Again, I'm really sorry, I didn't see anything wrong with your brows before you left the salon, apart as I said that your skin is very thin. You should have contact me as soon as you saw the issue and I would have given you a free SOS cream from HD that would have sorted that, again my apologies.
